How do I reset my PIN?
Currently, PIN reset requires contacting support at support@stranded.online with your account details. We're working on a self-service option.
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use 256-bit encryption for data at rest and TLS/SSL for data in transit. Your PIN is securely hashed and we never have access to your unencrypted information. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the mobile app settings. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email support@stranded.online to request account deletion.
Do you offer a free plan?
Yes! Stranded is currently free for all users with unlimited contact sync, notes, and document storage.
What platforms do you support?
Our mobile app is available for iOS and Android. Emergency web access works on any device with a modern web browser.
